Every Tuesday at 7:00 PM, we open our doors for a unique creative movement experience that blends art and yoga – Art Meets Yoga @ SKB Artes!

In this inspiring practice, body, mind, and soul come into harmony. Katharina Theresa Mayr guides meditative movement sequences (Prana Vinyasa Flow) designed to stimulate creativity, free movement, and inspiration. The gallery space creates a connection between artistic surroundings and your own creative flow, encouraging ideas and inspiration to unfold naturally.

Sessions require a minimum of 5 participants and accommodate up to 14. Please bring comfortable clothing and a yoga mat if you have one; mats are also available on-site. No prior experience is needed.
