Yoga & Brunch – a relaxed start to the day

Treat yourself to a morning dedicated to calm, movement and enjoyment: at Yoga in Barbian, yoga teacher Samira invites you to a soothing session where you can leave everyday life behind and recharge your batteries. Surrounded by the beautiful scenery around Barbian, you’ll have time to breathe, arrive and switch off – perfect for anyone who wants to do something good for themselves, whether beginner or experienced.

The session starts at 9:00 a.m. Afterwards, a cosy brunch awaits you on site from approx. 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., so you can wind down and enjoy the rest of the morning.

The event is open to both holiday guests and locals and is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis. Arrival by public transport is also possible.

Cost: € 25.00 (Yoga & brunch included)

Meeting point: 8:45 a.m. in front of the Barbian tourist information office.
A yoga mat can be borrowed on site.

Registration: by 5:00 p.m. the day before
