Relax in the early morning with yoga, the mindfulness and the breathing practiced evenly, consciously to this end, all muscles, tendons, ligaments and organs are activated. On the Calvary in Kastelruth the participants are surrounded by nature and silence and can get mental and physical strength for the day.
Afterwards our athletic participants get a healthy breakfast.
