Organic farming, livestock breeding, fruit growing and viticulture - agriculture in South Tyrol has many facets, many altitudes and many products. Every year in November, as has been the case for half a century, a dedicated trade fair at the FieraMesse in Bolzano focuses on this specific topic and brings together everyone who loves and lives agriculture.

Key topics include sustainability, resource optimisation and the future development of agriculture. Agrialp has developed into the most important trade fair in the Alpine region in these areas. Each edition features its own motto, such as "The farm as a business" in 2025. Farmers can learn about everyday solutions, practical approaches for sustainable crop management and inputs from the AFI-Lab of the Free University of Bolzano.

The produce - authentic products from South Tyrol and Trentino - is also presented at the FieraMesse H1 Eventspace in Bolzano during the Agrialp Weekend Market. This is a new format where mountain farms and small businesses present special, genuine products for tasting and purchase, demonstrating what they produce and how.
