Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
… in the rooms
The following cancellation conditions apply if you are unable to commence your stay at the Quellenhof See Lodge:
For cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to arrival, we charge a handling fee of 50 euros per booked room.
For cancellations up to eleven days before arrival, we charge 40% of the agreed price of the stay.
For cancellations between ten days and one day before arrival, we charge 70% of the agreed price of the stay.
In case of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the booked price of the stay.
… in the suites and villas
For the exclusive suites and villas, the following cancellation conditions apply if you are unable to commence your stay:
For cancellations up to 4 months prior to arrival, we charge a handling fee of 50 euros per booked suite/villa.
For cancellations up to two months before arrival, we charge 40% of the agreed price of the stay.
For cancellations between two months and four weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the agreed price of the stay.
For cancellations between four weeks and ten days before arrival, we charge 70% of the agreed price of the stay.
For cancellations between ten days and one day before arrival, we charge 80% of the agreed price of the stay.
In case of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the booked price of the stay.
Please note that our cancellation policy depends on the possibility of reallocating the cancelled rooms either in whole or in part. To be considered valid, cancellations must be submitted in writing.
