Feel at home… Detached, sunny, surrounded by wide meadows and quiet woods, our farm is exactly the right place for a relaxing holiday in Appiano on the South Tyrolean Wine Road. The farm with a view on the Adige Valley, Bolzano, Merano and the Dolomites is very well looked after, in our homely "Summerkuchl" with its rustic wood stove there is room for cosy get-together and around our farm there are numerous hiking and walking paths.
Cordial hospitality has a long tradition with us as well as the down-to-earthness and the closeness to nature. Spend the most beautiful days of the year with us, on our farm in the south of South Tyrol and experience peace, relaxation and recreation. Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be retained in any case.
If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, a penalty equal to 50% of the estimate will be charged.
In case of cancellation with less than 10 days’ notice, a penalty of 80% of the estimate will be charged.
In case of no-show, unagreed delay or early departure, the full amount of the estimate will be charged.
