You can’t come? Tell us as soon as possible!
If you cancel up to 2 months before your arrival date, the cancellation is free of charge.
If you need to cancel after this date, the cancellation fees are as follows:
Up to 30 days before your arrival we will credit your deposit for another stay.
Less than 30 days before your arrival: 20% of the total invoice amount.
Up to 14 days before your arrival: 50% of the total invoice amount.
Up to 7 days before your arrival: 70% of the total invoice amount.
The day before your arrival / in case of no-show: 100% of the total invoice amount.
