Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
Sometimes, something may happen before your journey. However, with travel cancellation insurance you are protected from financial loss. According to EU regulations, a cancellation fee can be charged in the case of late arrivals, early departures or non-compliance.
no later than 60 days before the arrival date, we charge 30% of the agreed total price as a cancellation fee
in case of cancellation at least 30 days before the arrival date 60% of the agreed total price
in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the day of arrival, if the booked apartment is not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation or in case of early departure, you are obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price
