Start 09:00 h cable car Tiers station, ascent with cable car to Frommeralm, continue with bus to crossing Nigerpass/Welschnofen = starting point hike, climb over Latermar meadows to Poppekanzel, descent to Hotel Antermont = lunch break, short descent back to the bus stop Nigerpass/Welschnofen, return to Frommeralm and cable car Tiers valley station by bus and cable car (same as the ascent).
