Description

Every year in January, Castelrotto recalls the traditional peasant wedding, the "Bauernhochzeit". Horse drawn sleighs drive from S. Valentino through the snow to Castelrotto.
The wedding company in their historic costumes, fom bride and groom to the "Marenner" up to the wedding director is absolutely worth seeing. As the conclusion follows the traditional wedding feast, the "Hoazetkuchl", with musical accompaniment.
