Experience the Val Casies Valley Hay Barn Festival "Gsiesa Heistodlfest" – the traditional highlight of the South Tyrolean Farmers’ Youth and women farmers! Delight in authentic South Tyrolean farm specialties, inspiring music and a lively atmosphere starting at 06:00 pm. in the festival hut “Interessentschaftshütte Ribisen” in S. Martino. Traditional clothing is appreciated. A varied children’s program will also await the youngest guests.
Program: from 06:30 pm: musical entertainment with the Böhmische from S. Martino, from 10:00 pm: live performance by Nia Genua.
Farm specialties: Barley soup, Barley soup with Tirtl, Tirtl, Tagliatelle with game ragout or mushrooms from Val Casies, Speck dumplings with goulash from Val Casies alpine beef, Ice cream with fresh Val Casies strawberries, Strauben. Enjoy an evening full of tradition, conviviality and unforgettable moments!
