Experience a powerful Vinyasa yoga class in Graun am Reschensee and bring body, breath, and mind into harmony.

In this dynamic yoga session, movements flow harmoniously into one another and are consciously connected with the breath. This creates a fluid practice that strengthens, activates, and simultaneously allows you to relax.

The 75-minute yoga class takes place on Mondays — depending on the weather, either in the studio or outdoors in nature. On nice days, you will enjoy the session under open sky, surrounded by fresh mountain air and the special atmosphere at Lake Reschen.

Vinyasa yoga is suitable for all experience levels but requires a certain level of physical fitness. Therefore, the class is not suitable for children under 14 years, older persons, pregnant women, or individuals with physical complaints such as knee problems or other limitations.

Mats and necessary equipment are provided. Please bring comfortable clothing and allow some time to arrive relaxed.
