The Movimënt Recreational Parks are not just breathtaking places, but a whole philosophy: They are two parks in the mountains of Alta Badia that offer a variety of activities. Both were erected at particularly beautiful viewpoints on the high plateau between Corvara, La Villa and San Cassiano and can be reached by the lift facilities. With a magnificent view towards the Marmolada Glacier, you can do Nordic walking and Kneipp therapy, jogging and train your muscles at various fitness stations. The offer tries to reach people of all ages and interests.
The concept ensures that everyone gets what they need. For example, the Natural Smart Working Movimënt includes small work tables on the plateau on the Piz Sorega and on the Piz La Ila with USB charging stations and workstations. Right next door are the Movimënt Kids' Parks.
Movimënt also includes the Bike Beats Alta Badia and Flow Country Trails for MTB on the Piz Sorega - Pralongiá plateau, easy and moderately difficult trails on soil and sand. Incidentally, the Italian stage of the Rookies Cup is held here.
All trails have been recently catalogued. From 2026, those that are accessible are specifically highlighted, along with the lifts and mountain huts. This is a joint project between Movimënt and the Freeride Sport Events association, which aims to make the magic of the mountains freely accessible to people in three- or four-wheeled wheelchairs.

Geo Caching and archery are offered on the Piz La Ila Plateau, orientieering on the Piz Sorega Plateau, and e-bike rides can be done on all high plateaus.
The opening hours correspond to those of the lifts serving the Movimënt Recreational Parks: the Piz La Ila (La Villa) and Piz Sorega (San Cassiano) Cable Cars, the Pralongiá Chairlift (Corvara).
They operate every day from mid-June to early October. Season start 2026 on June 13.
