Bolzano Fair

For decades, the FieraMesse BolzanoBozen has been the most important contact exchange for Alpine economic topics

If you are interested in a topic, such as leisure, house building or organic products, you can visit one of the fairs in Bolzano that take place throughout the year. The FieraMesse BolzanoBozen is the most important contact exchange between companies from German-speaking countries and Italy, and meanwhile attracts around 230,000 visitors from all over Europe every year, who come to find out about topics such as leisure, agriculture, gastronomy, tourism and education.

The fairground offers both a large car park and its own bus stop and, for some years now, the Bolzano South railway station. This means that the Bolzano Fair (Messe Bozen, in German) is not only easy and convenient to reach, but also free of charge: Your online fair ticket is also valid in South Tyrol as a free transport ticket to reach the fair. The range of offered fairs is diverse:

  • Prowinter, the winter sports fair for snowshoeing, cross-country skiing etc.
  • Klimahouse, the fair with the newest trends about construction
  • Tipworld, the traditional fair in the Val Pusteria valley with Entrepreneurs' Forum
  • Freizeit, the leisure fair in spring that is popular with families
  • Hotel, the trade fair for the hotel and catering business
  • Vinea Tirolensis, South Tyrol's best wines (as part of "Hotel")
  • Agrialp, the most important alpine agricultural show in the region
  • Interpoma, the world's only trade fair for apples

New is the H1 Eventspace, the largest covered outdoor location in South Tyrol for 1,500 guests.

Topping it all off is the traditional Herbstmesse in autumn which has been held for almost 80 years. The event also features Biolife, the most important platform for organic products in the Alps, as well as the themed sections Pet, Time for Me, and Sport & Wellness. From 2026, it will be rebranded as "Good Life" - the fair for good living. A clearer structure with avenues, rest areas, and marketplaces is planned. The aim is to enhance the experience and offer better orientation.
