Numerous 3D targets await archers of all ages in a forest by Lake Varna in the Valle Isarco valley

By the small Lake Varna, located between Bressanone and Varna, you will find an archery course in the adjacent forest. The facility is located right next to a small campsite and a walking path that goes around the lake. The starting point for the adventure is the "Gasthaus zum See" tavern, where you can enjoy homemade cake or South Tyrolean dumplings before or after your session.
The course consists of two loops with a total of 35 animal-shaped 3D targets at 28 stations. The first round leads leisurely through the mixed forest and is ideal for warming up, while the second is a bit more challenging. Complete rental equipment for adults and children is available, and on request, you can also receive professional instruction. In addition, bowyer Samuel Röck regularly offers bow-making workshops here. Thanks to its convenient location, the course can be used all year round, as snow rarely falls on the valley floor near Varna.
