Near the top station on Mt. Watles, high above Burgusio, you will find not only hikers, nature lovers and families, but also archers. Right by the top station, there are several highlights for action fans - E-Trials and the Watles Rider mountain carts - and for families, the popular Watles Adventure Lake, called Spielesee, with a climbing area, water plays and Funballz.
If you follow the hiking trail uphill, you will find an archery course with 28 animal targets, which also provides incredible views of the surrounding mountains, including the Oetztal Alps and the mighty Ortles Alps. A practice range and bow hire are also part of the facility. On the introductory archery course, interested visitors can get their first experience of the sport, making it great fun for beginners, families and groups of friends. With a little practice, you can take on the course.
It is suitable for children aged 10 and over. While you take aim, you might spot a paraglider launching from between the cows and alpine meadows. The wind conditions are ideal for it, and even tandem flights are available.
