A solo that is a danced letter of farewell and gratitude from Marco D'Agostin to Nigel Charnock, a histrionic performer, founder of the historic DV8 in the 1980s and then a one-man-show, who died prematurely in August 2012. In reality, Best Regards stems from a letter that the dancer and choreographer Wendy Houstoun wrote to her friend and colleague Charnock a few days before he died, and from Marco D'Agostin's meeting with the great English performer in 2010, an encounter that, as the author says, "left a clear mark on my way of thinking about dance".
