What can a body tell us about the history of art? In his latest solo My body of coming forth by day, Oliver Dubois explores exactly this question. For the artist, his body is like a souvenir that contains movements and feelings, sweat and wounds, joy and pain. In a direct engagement with the audience - which selects pieces from concealed envelopes - Dubois explores the hidden corners of his body's memory and performs choreographies that he himself created or danced in the past: An ironic journey that also questions the roles of the artist and the audience.
