The Schneiderhof farm is situated directly on the banks of Lake Valdurna at 1,560 m a.s.l. The typical mountain farm with cattle breeding offers also two holiday flats with a great view on the lake. Helmuth Hochkofler, the farmer, loves to carve wood in his workshop between the stalls and the farmhouse. He expertly carves sculptures out of stone pines, lime, chestnut and ash.

Access route: From Bolzano drive into the Val Sarentino valley and turn right at Campolasta in direction Valdurna. Follow the street until you reach Valdurna. The Schneiderhof farm is located 500 m after the village, directly at the sea, in front of the Fischerwirt tavern.
