The new Plosebob has been opened recently, enriching the offer of Bressanone’s local mountain and ski area

A further year-round sledge run was inaugurated at the end of 2023: This time it's the Plose in Bressanone, which offers visitors an Alpine Coaster as a new attraction. On its action-packed ride down into the valley, the Plosebob overcomes 147 metres in altitude and features some rapid curves. Children from the age of 3 up to the age of 9 may travel with a full-aged accompanying person, children from the age of 10 and a height of at least 1.30 metres may ride alone.
The start and finish of the Plosebob are located at the mountain station of the Plose Cable Car at 2,000 metres a.s.l., high above the component locality of Sant'Andrea. There, you sit down in the closed bob, which is already safe due to its design. Then you can either start normally or use the launch catapult - and off you go down the rails! In summer, the WoodyWalk Plose, a family-friendly path, snakes its way through this mountain landscape - in winter, Mt. Plose turns into a skiing area.
