Skiing on the local mountain of Bressanone! 42 km of well groomed ski slopes provide fun and action in Valle Isarco. A minimum of fitness is required when you ski down the longest valley run in South Tyrol, the 9 km long "Trametsch" slope! For the little ones, however, there is also the "Kinderland" where children have the possibility to learn skiing and play with their friends.
From the summit you can enjoy the view on the Dolomites in the south and the Alps in the north. Snowboarders can look forward to the Plose Fun Park, one of the biggest snow parks in the region (length: 1 km) and a Chill Area. And the fun doesn't end after a day on the slopes with the Igloo offering après ski! A ski bus service connects the surrounding villages with the skiing area.
The Valle Isarco ski pass is valid here (for the areas Plose and Gitschberg-Jochtal). Furthermore, the Plose skiing area, 7 km away from Bressanone and just 34 km from the Brennero Pass, is part of the Dolomiti Superski carousel comprising 12 skiing areas in the Dolomites.
