Ladurns skiing area

The Ladurns skiing area in Val di Fleres is one of two skiing areas in the surroundings of Vipiteno and belongs to the Ortler Skiarena.

Small but mighty, that’s what the Ladurns skiing area is all about. For its moderate dimensions and large slopes, Ladurns near Vipiteno is particularly popular with families and beginners. The Ladurns skiing area also offers an area that is reserved for kids, the “Fichti’s Kinderland” (5,000 sqm), where the little ones can make their first passes on snow. The local ski school is specialized in teaching to children.

But there are also challenging runs among the 16 km of ski slopes, e.g. the black Ladurns IV slope. A real fun highlight is the large downhill run to the valley station which takes you through the wood. New, however, is the 6-seater high speed chairlift “Wastenegg” with protective covers, which replaces the eponymous 4-seater chairlift.

In Ladurns the Alta Valle Isarco ski pass is valid, comprising three skiing areas: Racines-Giovo, Monte Cavallo and Ladurns, as well as the ski pass of the ski carousel Ortler Skiarena. To make the offer complete, the picturesque Val di Fleres offers 14 km of cross-country ski tracks, as well as winter hikes and snow-shoe hikes. Enjoy!
