Bolzano Airport (BZO) (pictured) is located in the industrial zone between Bolzano and Laives and is accessible by public transport. It also has a large car park (charges apply), should you arrive by car. Scheduled flights include numerous European destinations, such as Berlin and London, and in summer, additional seaside holiday destinations like Ibiza, Menorca, Sardinia and Sicily.
South Tyrol is also accessible via international connections from nearby airports in Italy, Germany and Austria. The closest airports are 80 to 200 km away and can be reached by transfer-busses (Südtirol Bus, Südtirol Transfer and Flixbus), by train or by car in a short time.
