Description
An event that opens the culinary winter season in Alta Badia: an itinerant journey on skis from hut to hut, where guests can savor the exclusive creations of five Michelin-starred chefs.
Some of the chefs from the Skiing with Taste project will be present in person, offering the chance to meet them along the way. Each dish will be paired with a refined selection of South Tyrolean wines, making the day an unforgettable celebration of flavors and mountain atmosphere.
This year, the following chefs will present their signature dishes in the participating huts:
