You already know the basics of the skating technique and want to improve? This course helps you refine your movements, optimize rhythm, and build efficiency. The Val Casies cross-country ski school provides targeted exercises and expert guidance – perfect for those ready to take their skating skills to the next level. Before the course starts, you can rent your equipment for just 8 € at Taschler Sports and Rental in Colle or Huski Sports Rentals in S. Maddalena, both in the Val Casies Valley.

Difficulty: easy. Time: 10:45 am.-12:45 pm. Meeting point: 10:45 am. at the ski school in Val Casies Valley – S. Maddalena. Cost: S1) 01.12.–23.12. | 06.01.–31.01. | 02.03.–05.04.: GP 0 €, 10 €; S2) 24.12.–05.01. | 01.02.–01.03: GP 10 €, 20 €.
