Description

Join Karin on a peaceful and atmospheric winter hike to Flading, at the end of the Ratschingstal Valley, following the tracks of the ibex. In the clear, fresh mountain air, you take time for mindful breathing exercises, let the soothing silence of nature sink in, and enjoy the true feeling of winter. Along the way, you’ll learn interesting facts about wildlife in winter and their special survival strategies. With a bit of luck, you may even spot an ibex. Afterwards, we stop at the cozy Schölzhornhof, where you can warm up with a festive mulled wine or tea. A slow, nature-based escape that is good for both body and mind.
