Gaul Open Air Festival 2026

The Gola della Gaul (Gaulschlucht) gorge, located near Lana, is a popular spot known for its rugged rock walls, rushing stream, and ice rink. Every year at the end of May, this rink hosts the Gaul Open Air Festival. Heavy riffs and an energetic atmosphere fill the venue. The event features a varied programme both on and off the stage. There are food and drink stalls, a chill-out area with free fruit, water, and juice, and a bar serving non-alcoholic cocktails.

The festival is organised each year by a large and dedicated team of volunteers, the organising committee, and the 'Schinter-Trupp' crew, with additional support from the Jux youth centre.
