From grain to bread with Stephanie at the farm Stieflerhof.
Baking typical South Tyrolean farmhouse bread in an old oven, getting to know the different types of grain grown at the farm Stieflerhof. Afterwards you will taste the bread with fresh butter and herb spreads.
