Yoga & Brunch – a relaxed start to the day (Pennhof, Saubach/Barbian)
Treat yourself to a morning of calm, movement and enjoyment: during Yoga at the Pennhof in Saubach, instructor Samira will guide you through a soothing session to unwind, recharge and start the day with fresh energy. Surrounded by the beautiful scenery around Barbian, you’ll have time to breathe, arrive and relax – suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis.

Start time is 9:00 am. Afterwards, enjoy a cozy brunch on site from around 10:00 to 11:30 am, the perfect way to round off the morning.

The event is open to guests and locals. Getting there is easy: if you’re staying nearby, you can simply walk to the venue, or you can also arrive by public transport.

Price: € 25.00 (Yoga + brunch included)
