Vedrette di Ries-Aurina Visitor Centre

The visitor centre has been established true to the motto of the Vedrette di Ries-Aurina Nature Park - "Limits of nature and limits of humans" - and provides impressions of the nature park from a slightly different prospective. At the entrance you can admire a film from an eagle's perspective.

Another peculiarity is the three-dimensional relief, providing an overview of mountains, mountain huts, lakes and trails. A time-pendulum, however, lets you experience the genesis of the mountains. The glacier world and minerals as well as the typical dialect of the Tures and Aurina Valleys are also shown. Family-hikes accompanied by nature park rangers and children's afternoons with exciting topics complete the offer of the visitor centre.
