The rustic Gigante Baranci Hut at an altitude of almost 1,500 m offers fun and games for younger visitors every Friday in summer
Between the five excursion mountains Elmo, Orto del Toro, Croda Rossa, Baranci and Comelico of the 3 Zinnen Dolomites region around San Candido and Sesto, Mount Baranci is known and loved as the family mountain. In addition to attractions such as the Dwarf Village, the Barefoot Lakes and the Fun Bob, the Gigante Baranci Hut and the Realm of the Giant Baranci are also located there.
On the large mountain playground of the Giant Baranci, a colourful entertainment programme is offered here every Friday in July and August. There are games, fun and action for little guests, while you can relax on the sun terrace of the hut. The chairlift starts in San Candido village, the participation is included in the valid lift ticket. If you want to continue to explore this mountain world, the hike to the Val Campo di Dentro valley starts at the Gigante Baranci Mountain Hut.
