from the Dolomites high up over the Bozen valley basin to the Mediterranean landscape of the vineyard slopes of the Überetsch.
In the newer hotel wing, embedded in the hilltop below the garden, the guests can enjoy the spa and fitness area as well as the relaxation rooms.
And for those who want to step down from this heavenly paradise and take a breath of city air, there is a bus link between Jenesien and Bozen, which can take guests down to Bozen or bring them back up again in only 15 minutes.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
During high season from 26.04.2026 to 01.11.2026, as well as during Christmas and New Year’s Eve, free cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before arrival.
For all other travel periods, free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival.
If you cancel within 4 weeks, we will charge 50%, 70% from 2 weeks before arrival and 1 day before arrival, in the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the booked stay (regardless of resale).
