Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
You can cancel your room reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival; your deposit will be converted into a voucher for your next stay. Payments can only be refunded via voucher.
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged 30% of the total stay.
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged 90% of the booked stay.
- In case of early departure, the full amount for the booked stay will still be charged.
