On the occasion of the fourth evening of the Alta Badia Cocktail Week, Hotel Badia Hill celebrates the region, creativity, and the stories that run through it with two signature drinks that combine memory, innovation, and local identity. An event that invites you to discover Alta Badia through authentic flavors, passionate stories, and contemporary interpretations of mountain mixology.
Here are the two drinks you can enjoy:
Le Gran Nene (alcoholic):
In the heart of Alta Badia, “Le Gran Nene” is born, a cocktail dedicated to Erich Kostner, visionary of the region’s development. The drink combines rhododendron honey and Golden Delicious green apple extract, creating a sweet-acid balance that pairs perfectly with a blended Scottish whisky, giving depth and complexity. It is enriched with a homemade bitter inspired by Alto Adige Pinot Noir, Kostner’s favorite wine, with notes of cherry, wild strawberries, and raspberry. As Erich used to do at the end of dinners, enjoying a sliced green apple with his whisky, Le Gran Nene celebrates his innovative spirit and the timeless beauty of Alta Badia.
Same Sky (non-alcoholic):
Between the scents of Alta Badia and the light of the Mediterranean, Same Sky is born. Venturo liqueur with rosemary, Sicilian lemon, and blue chamomile – de-alcoholized. Tanqueray Zero. Homemade stone pine tonic. A sip that unites two worlds – under the same sky.
For the occasion, the guest bartender from Doping Bar – Milan will be present as a special guest of the event.
The evening will be accompanied by live music from Le fiabe di John (from 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM), followed by a DJ set.
