Arno Cardini organizes the experience of the forest bathing and accompanies you to dive with all your senses into the forest to feel its power, energy and tranquillity. The conscious experience of the sounds, scents, forms and colours of the forest will help us to come to a deep and contemplative state of rest and recovery and to absorb new, fresh energy and strength.
