A special dessert: fresh strawberries and raspberries combined with the flavour of balsamic and white chocolate
This dish pairs fresh strawberries and raspberries with South Tyrolean apple juice and cream. The addition of premium apple balsamic and shaved white chocolate makes it a wonderful treat.
Ingredients for 1 portion:
- 80 g fresh strawberries
- 4-6 colourful apple pearls
- fesh raspberries
- 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 30 g South Tyrolean cream, softly whipped
- 10-15 ml naturally cloudy South Tyrolean apple juice
- finely grated lime zest
- Fresh mint or lemon balm
- 15 ml apple balsamic (this recipe uses Walcher Limited Edition Apple Balsamic Essence)
- a little shaved white chocolate
7 preparation steps:
- Cut the strawberries into pieces.
- Marinate the strawberries and apple pearls in the apple juice and grated lime zest.
- Whip the cream until soft.
- Arrange the strawberries and apple pearls neatly on a plate.
- Add a spoonful of whipped cream and the vanilla ice cream.
- Decorate with fresh raspberries.
- Drizzle a little apple balsamic over the plate.
All that is left to do is add the white chocolate and fresh lemon balm or mint to your liking!
