Special ski weeks await you in South Tyrol’s ski resorts, between the Val Gardena in the Dolomites, Plan de Corones and Merano 2000.
White Week used to mean something different: in Christianity it was the week after Easter, in the language of merchants the week when white goods were offered cheaply in the shops. Today the term White Week is equated with powder snow, sunshine, unique panorama and après-ski. And rightly so!
South Tyrol has almost 30 ski resorts, some of which are connected to even larger ski carousels such as the Ortles Skiarena or Dolomiti Superski. Accommodation providers and tourist associations offer White Weeks at different times so that you can enjoy the winter in South Tyrol at particularly favourable conditions for seven days. The services include, depending on the offer, a discounted ski pass, taster courses or admission to leisure facilities such as ice rinks and swimming pools. It’s worth it!
In order to protect the health of guests and the local population, the winter season 2019/20 was closed earlier this year, on 11 March 2020. This is a preventive measure against the further spread of the COVID-19 disease.
