Hiking across the fairytale winter landscape of South Tyrol is a pleasure for body and soul.
When snowflakes are falling from the winter sky, transforming the landscape into a fairytale landscape, it is high time to indulge in the pleasure of winter hiking in South Tyrol and to experience nature at close quarters. Many hiking destinations are also, or above all, worth a visit in winter. Water-repellent shoes, mountain clothing, a cap, gloves, walking sticks, a bottle filled with hot beverages and a snack in your rucksack make a winter hike an unforgettable experience.
In order to protect the health of guests and the local population, the winter season 2019/20 was closed earlier this year, on 11 March 2020. This is a preventive measure against the further spread of the COVID-19 disease.
