Via Sciaves (Schabs) we drive to the mountain village of Spinga (Spinges) on an asphalted mountain road. This is where we proceed to the hikers' parking space at 1,347 m a.s.l. On foot, we follow the signposts "Anratterhütte" (no. 9).
The winter walking trail takes us across the shady forest, past mountain huts and meadows and from time to time provides a view on the surrounding peaks such as the Fundres Mountains. After about 8 km, never really steep, we finally reach the Anratter Mountain Hut (Anratterhütte) at 1,850 m a.s.l., located at the foot of the slopes of the Jochtal skiing area. After a tasty lunch and a break in the sun-loungers on the terrace, we decide to walk back to the starting point.
Of course you can also toboggan. This tour can be done in every season of the year, the mountain hut is open both in summer and winter. The route is not really spectacular, but the mountain hut also offers a children's playground, a petting zoo and is a worthwhile destination if you decide to toboggan down to the parking space.
