Multi-day tours across South Tyrol’s cultural landscape: The European long-distance path E5 to Venice also passes through South Tyrol
Let's set off on some memorable adventures! South Tyrol has many multi-day routes through beautiful landscapes, often as high-altitude trails in the upper mountain regions. Even longer trails cross South Tyrol, such as the Via Claudia Augusta with its 30 daily stages, leading from Landsberg am Lech across the Alps to the Renaissance castle of Castelbrando, north of Venice.
In autumn, you can enjoy unique experiences with Toerggele stops along the Chestnut Trail between Vilpiano and Bressanone. In spring and summer, you can explore the Pearl Trail, which connects idyllic villages in the Val d'Ega and Alpe di Siusi area over several stages.
