The Ungererhof farm is located at the foot of the Monte Giovo mountain at 1,540 m a.s.l. and is a paradise for gourmets.
At 1,500 m a.s.l., the Rainer family spoils their guests at the Ungererhof with homemade delicacies. No matter whether they are eaten on the sunny terrace with a magnificent view over the Valgiovo valley or in the cosy parlour with cheerful company: they taste wonderful! Hiking excursions in the unspoilt mountain landscape around the Ungerer farm inn can be crowned at the end with traditional dishes. The famous "Hofmarende" snack offers a colourful selection of many farm products.
Ungerer farm platter with home-made bread, "Kaminwurzen" (smoked sausages), cured venison, cured beef, speck and grey cheese, various soups, potato ravioli with wild garlic, cream cheese, sorrel, meadow herb, asparagus, nettle, potato, pumpkin or pine bud fillings, spinach, beetroot or speck dumplings, beef, veal, lamb, rabbit and game meat dishes and various cakes are seasonally dished up at the farm inn.
The homemade juices, like elderflower, raspberry and blackberry juice, complete the range perfectly.

Access route: From Vipiteno go towards Racines and follow the sings to the Valgiovo valley after 3 km. After 7 km the Ungererhof farm is located directly at the head of the valley.
