Rielinger-Hof farm occupies a remote spot at 750 m above sea level amidst vineyards and orchards.
The whole grape harvest is made into delicious organic wine on the farm. In addition, guests can enjoy organic meat from the farm as well as a wide variety of fruit and vegetables from the farm and its land. Farm Holidays also available.
Home-made bread, "speck", smoked sausage, farmhouse salami, cheese, potatoes, "Schlutzkrapfen" ravioli with nettle filling, a variety of dumplings. In srping, potato dumplings with walnut and wild herb pesto, Easter ham with chicory, meat dishes from own cattle and sheep. In autumn, barley soup, spare ribs, sauerkraut, meat cuts, chestnuts. Cordials: apple, elderflower, raspberry and mint.
The 2019 Müller Thurgau has an apple and elderflower fragrance. The 2019 Riesling displays an apricot and exotic fruit aroma. The 2019 Kerner is dominated by lavender and exotic fruit. The 2019 rosé has cherry and lilac aromas. The 2019 Vernatsch is typical with chewy Tannins. The 2018 Zweigelt unfolds with pleasant creaminess on the palate.
Open at the weekends from 26th February until Easter, from Easter until end of June from Tuesday to Sunday, July and August on Fridays from 5.00 pm, from 4th September until 11th November from Tuesday to Sunday and from 12th until 28th November at the weekends. Prior order recommended.
Access route: Coming from Bolzano, at the first petrol station after the village of Auna di Sotto turn right towards Siffian and after 1 km turn right again. Follow the road downhill for another 4 km to the farm inn.
