The Rielinger farm is located in a secluded spot at 750 m a.s.l., surrounded by vines and fruit trees.

Situated amidst vineyards and fruit trees, the Rielingerhof offers plenty of peace and quiet. All grapes from the farm's own vineyard are processed into organic wines. In addition, organic meat and many different tasty fruits and vegetables from the farm are offered.
Home-made bread, "speck", smoked sausage, farmhouse salami, cheese, potatoes, "Schlutzkrapfen" ravioli with nettle filling, a variety of dumplings. In spring, potato dumplings with walnut and wild herb pesto, Easter ham with chicory, meat dishes from own cattle and sheep. In autumn, barley soup, spare ribs, sauerkraut, meat cuts, chestnuts. Cordials: apple, elderflower, raspberry and mint.
Blatterle, Kerner, Riesling and Vernatsch are produced on the farm from own grapes.

Opening times
Open from February 25 to March 27 from Friday to Sunday, from April 1 to June 26 and from September 3 to November 7 from Tuesday to Sunday and from November 12 to 28 from Friday to Sunday. For the rest of the year, reservations are gladly accepted for groups of 10 or more.

Access route: Coming from Bolzano, at the first petrol station after the village of Auna di Sotto turn right towards Siffian and after 1 km turn right again. Follow the road downhill for another 4 km to the farm inn.
