Pschnickerhof farm inn

The Pschnickerhof in Villandro, with its unpronounciable name, offers some real treats for your tastebuds.

The farm lies amidst chestnut groves and vineyards. The cosy "stube" with its farm oven is just perfect for lingering and tasting dishes in.

Speck, cheese, "kaminwurzen" smoked sausage, boiled new potatoes, "schlutzer" ravioli, cheese dumplings, spinach and speck dumplings. In autumn, barley soup and potato soup, spinach and potato noodles, meat cuts with cabbage, "erdäpfelblattlen" potato pancakes, chestnuts, sweet "krapfen" pastries. In winter and spring, potato ravioli, cabbage dumplings, "krapfen" pastries with cabbage and spinach, "grüne zaache" potato and spinach pastries, spare ribs, roast beef and pork, "kniekiechl" fried pastries, and a variety of cakes on request. Juices: elderflower, raspberry, blackcurrant and apple.

The 2019 Müller Thurgau is fresh, with floral notes of elderflower. The 2019 Vernatsch is a simple, fresh wine with moderate structure. The 2019 Zweigelt surprises with a deep, dark red colour. It is well-structured and has a long finish.
