Speck, cheese, "kaminwurzen" smoked sausage, boiled new potatoes, "schlutzer" ravioli, cheese dumplings, spinach and speck dumplings. In autumn, barley soup and potato soup, spinach and potato noodles, meat cuts with cabbage, "erdäpfelblattlen" potato pancakes, chestnuts, sweet "krapfen" pastries. In winter and spring, potato ravioli, cabbage dumplings, "krapfen" pastries with cabbage and spinach, "grüne zaache" potato and spinach pastries, spare ribs, roast beef and pork, "kniekiechl" fried pastries, and a variety of cakes on request. Juices: elderflower, raspberry, blackcurrant and apple.
The 2020 Müller Thurgau is fruity with notes of apple and apricot. It has clear acidity and is lively when drunk. The 2019 Zweigelt is simple and uncomplicated.
Open from July 1 to December 3. Closed on Sundays in July and August. Advance booking required. Open by reservation during Easter and Whitsun. For the rest of the year, reservations are accepted for groups of 10 or more.
Access route: On the road from Chiusa to Ponte Gardena turn right at the "Kalchgruber" trading estate at Villandro. After 1.5 km the farmyard is located on the right.
