At the Schnalshuberhof, nature is in the fore: Outside - in the midst of the Plars di Sopra vineyards and orchards above Lagundo. Inside - in the listed parlours of the organic farm. You can experience the past in the "newspaper room" at the Schnalshuberhof. Under the panelling, fragments of newspapers from long ago have come to light.
Spinach ravioli, various dumplings, Speck, smoked sausage, cheese. On request gnocchi, spare ribs, roast veal. In autumn house sausage with cabbage, damson dumplings. Juices: apple, blackcurrant, elderflower, lemon balm and peppermint.
The 2019 Souvignier Gris has dominant floral notes. The 2019 Pinot Blanc has an elderflower aroma. It is a mineral wine with fiery tannins. The 2020 Vernatsch is mainly characterised by a raspberry aroma. The 2019 Chambourcin is ethereal and complex in aroma, displaying eucalyptus, blueberry, a great tannin structure as well as good length. The 2018 Cuvée is a full and structured wine with good length. The 2020 dessert wine from Souvignier Gris has a good sugar/acid balance.
Open from 1st March until 21st July and from 15th August until 15th December from Thursday to Sunday from 6 pm. Advance booking required.
Access route: From the Tel towards Plars di Sopra, at Plars di Sopra turn right at the Wiedmair Farm and after 30 m right again. The farmyard is located on the left.
