At the Schnalshuberhof nature calls the shots: outside, amidst the Oberplars vineyards and orchards or under the vines, and inside, in the dining rooms of the organic farm, which enjoy listed building status. The special, and in particular, healthy, atmosphere may be felt everywhere. You can take a trip back in time in the "newspaper room" - a real attraction, where you can read the newspapers of yesteryear on the walls.
Spinach ravioli, various dumplings, Speck, smoked sausage, cheese. On request gnocchi, spare ribs, roast veal. In autumn house sausage with cabbage, damson dumplings. Juices: apple, blackcurrant, elderflower, lemon balm and peppermint.
The 2019 Pinot Blanc has a fragrance dominated by quince and elderflower and is mildly acidic on the palate. The 2019 Vernatsch is convincingly light on the palate. The 2018 Chambourcin displays a cherry and marzipan aroma as well as pleasant fullness on the palate. The 2017 Lagrein leaves a very good impression and shines thanks to its fine ethereal notes, juicy tannins as well as long finish. The 2018 dessert wine from Souvignier Gris grapes has a fragrance of ripe fruit.
Access route: From the Tel towards Plars di Sopra, at Plars di Sopra turn right at the Wiedmair Farm and after 30 m right again. The farmyard is located on the left.
