High above Bolzano, nestled away in an ancient chestnut grove on the sunny slopes of the Renon high plateau, the Ebnicherhof farm is located. This is the perfect destination in spring and autumn. The farmhouse parlour and sun terrace are the ideal place to while away the time enjoying typical farm dishes and unique views stretching from the Dolomites to the Bassa Atesina area.
"Speck", cheese, smoked sausage, dumpling trio, barley soup, house sausage with cabbage, along with cake and "Krapfen" pastries. "Schlutzer" spinach and ricotta ravioli and meat cuts on request, "Schupfnudel". In autumn, chestnuts. In spring, home-made bread, dumplings with chicory salad, dishes from own cattle, smoked beef with horseradish, "schwarzplentener Riebl" buckwheat pancakes. Juices: apple, elderflower and raspberry.
Kerner, Rosé, Vernatsch and Pinot Noir are produced on the farm from own grapes.
