Especially during the Toerggele season, this hike is a great opportunity to enjoy a cosy atmosphere and soak up the sun

From the Valle Isarco to a refreshment stop on the sunny slopes of the Renon: Along the Brennero road north of Prato all'Isarco, the Steg tavern is located near Campodazzo. Here stearts path no. 11 towards Siffiano: The route climbs steeply upwards to the vineyards near the Egger, Untergenagner and Obergenagner farms. We continue our hike up towards the Stein castle ruins.
Here we cross the Chestnut Trail and follow it towards Siffiano. At the next junction, we see the signpost for the "Rielinger". The Rielinger farm tavern stands next to the old 13th-century farmhouse. It welcomes visitors in a secluded location with traditional Toerggele food in autumn.
Many of the products come from the farm's own organic production. The view stretches across to the eastern side of the Valle Isarco and into the Sciliar area. After a lunch break, we walk a little further to the neighbouring farms of Coste di Siffiano. Kitzbühler, Mair am Nock, Schlosshof, Oberfeiertinger and Unterfeiertinger are located on the sunny slopes below Siffiano.
We return along the same path and reach the Steg tavern again. Alternatively, you can walk down from the Obergenagner farm via the paved road (Schlossweg). This option is longer but less steep.
