The Val Senales extends into the Oetztal Alps, providing a wide array of hiking highlights that range from leisurely walks to challenging alpine routes. Whether it involves a pleasant stroll to Juval Castle, a walk around Lake Vernago with its submerged church tower, or a high-altitude tour to the discovery site of Oetzi the Iceman, the valley is multifaceted and exceptionally striking.
The Merano High Route, which circles the Texel Group, also runs partly through it. Down in the valley bottom, trails such as the Path of Silence wind their way through the meadows and woods.
