The Ungererhof farm is located at the foot of the Monte Giovo mountain at 1,540 m asl. and is a paradise for gourmets.
At the idyllically located Ungererhof farm you can experience a culinary journey through the seasons. Farmer Walter fills the popular potato ravioli with seasonal herbs and vegetables and dishes up the typical Ungerer farm snack with various own meat and homemade grey cheese.
Ungerer farm platter with home-made bread, “Kaminwurzen” (smoked sausages), cured venison, cured beef, speck and grey cheese, various soups, potato ravioli with wild garlic, cream cheese, sorrel, meadow herb, asparagus, nettle, potato, pumpkin or pine bud fillings, spinach, beetroot or speck dumplings, beef, veal, lamb, rabbit and game meat dishes and various cakes are seasonally dished up at the farm inn.
The homemade juices, like elderflower, raspberry and blackberry juice, complete the range perfectly.

From Vipiteno go towards Racines and follow the sings to the Valgiovo valley after 3 km. After 7 km the Ungererhof farm is located directly at the head of the valley.
