Every year, right at the start of summer, the outdoor swimming pool in Silandro village opens its doors, expanding the range of sports on offer in the small centre of the Val Venosta valley. It is located on the edge of the village, where you can also find the sports hall and the bar. For swimming, there is a large sports pool and a pool suitable for children - on some summer evenings, the popular night swimming is offered until 10.00 pm.
A wave water slide and a diving tower, a large beach volleyball court and a 150 sqm outdoor climbing wall provide sporting variety. Snacks, drinks and ice cream are available in the snack bar. If you arrive by car, you can park at the car park of the sports zone (chargeable), the Silandro city bus stops at the "Sportzone" stop. A few metres above it you will find the outdoor swimming pool.

More information
Depending on the weather, the start and end dates of the swimming season at all outdoor pools in South Tyrol may be shortened or extended at short notice, or postponed to another day.
The swimming season for 2026 is expected to begin at the end of May or in early June.
The bar stays open every day from 8 am to 9 pm and offers also different dishes and pizzas.
