The Naturno Adventure Thermal Baths (Erlebnistherme Naturns) is a meeting place for young and old. Everyone will find something to enjoy in the 31 degrees C indoor pool with its bubble loungers, massage beds, saltwater pool, and 36 degrees C thermal whirlpool. Two special attractions are the 51-metre-long water slide and the lazy river. A new baby pool completes the offerings. In summer, the fun expands outdoors: Water fountains, a large sunbathing lawn, a toddler pool, and a large sports pool, nestled in the South Tyrolean landscape, await you.
Pure relaxation can be found in the 550 sqm wellness area. Leave the stress and hectic pace behind and enter the sauna landscape. A Finnish sauna, steam bath, bio sauna, infrared cabin, thermal cold pool, plunge pool, or a session in the Kneipp pool promote well-being and invigorate your circulation. And why spa? Because here you can experience the pleasantly warm mineralised thermal water from the Monte Sole - the Sun Mountain - below Juval Castle.
For a bite to eat before, after, or in between, there's the Iris sushi bar with its bistro and take-away service. Health-focused courses include AquaGym and "Health and Fitness through Swimming".

Also 1.5-hour tickets and 3-hour tickets for the swimming pool, as well as 3-hour tickets for sauna with pool available. Tuesday rest day in the whole facility (except during school holidays).
The sauna stays open on Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3 pm to 9.30 pm, every Thursday ladies' sauna from 3 pm to 5 pm.
The Naturno Adventure Thermal Baths are open all year round, maintenance works in May and September. The outdoor pool is accessible from May 30, 2026, on.
